Outskirts of Ike

As of an hour ago, Ike is still classified as a hurricane. It has been over 8 hours since landfall! So far so good here, we've had rain and a lot of wind...several branches down...but nothing serious. Here is how the radar looks now...

Glad all is well there with Ike gone. We are with Joe and Rose and were without electricity since 10:00 last night until just about half an hour ago. Trees are down and lots of rain, but all is well here--Rose checked the freezers and the meat is okey!! You have done a good job on the blog!!
